Welcome to Vineyard Escape Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:
1.1. A non-refundable *50% deposit* is required to confirm your booking.
1.2. The remaining balance is to be paid **prior to the tour date**, as outlined in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, in which case our cancellation policy will apply.
1.3. Payments can be made via the methods outlined on our website or as discussed at the time of booking.
2.1. **Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour date**: Customers will receive a full refund of monies paid, less any non-retrievable costs that we may have already committed to on your behalf (e.g., venue booking fees, catering costs).
2.2. **Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date**: Vineyard Escape Tours will make every effort to retrieve any payments already made to third parties and refund as much of the customer’s payment as possible. However, full refunds cannot be guaranteed.
2.3. **Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date**: All monies paid will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued unless exceptional circumstances apply.
2.4. **Exceptional Circumstances**: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In these cases, we reserve the right to vary the refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible in such situations.
3.1. Vineyard Escape Tours reserves the right to alter or amend the itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, availability of venues, or operational reasons. We will always inform customers of any major changes and will do our best to ensure an equivalent or better experience.
3.2. Should Vineyard Escape Tours need to cancel a tour for any reason, customers will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
4.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up-to-date.
4.2. Vineyard Escape Tours must be informed of any dietary requirements, allergies, or other special requests at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all special requirements will be met.
5.1. Vineyard Escape Tours will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour unless caused by negligence on our part.
5.2. We strongly recommend that customers take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential risks.
6.1. Vineyard Escape Tours reserves the right to remove any customer from the tour who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.
6.2. Any damages caused by a customer to tour venues, vehicles, or other property will be the responsibility of the customer, and they will be liable for the costs of any repairs or replacements.
7.1. Vineyard Escape Tours respects your privacy and will only collect and use your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
7.2. By booking a tour, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling your booking and providing services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
