Vineyard Escape Tours
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, tours, transfers and services provided by Vineyard Escape Tours (ABN 27 348 539 960).
By making a booking, paying a deposit, or participating in a tour operated by Vineyard Escape Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
The person making the booking accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests in their group.

2. Bookings
Bookings may be made through our website, booking platforms, email, phone, or authorised partners.
A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
By placing a booking, the person making the reservation confirms that they are authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of their group.
3. Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the tour date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking.
Payments may be made via online payment systems, bank transfer, or other methods approved by Vineyard Escape Tours.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
More than 7 days prior to the tour date
A full refund will be provided, minus any costs already committed to third-party providers that cannot be recovered.
Between 7 days and 48 hours prior
Vineyard Escape Tours will attempt to recover any prepaid costs from suppliers and will refund any recoverable amount where possible.
Less than 48 hours prior
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will forfeit all monies paid.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Vineyard Escape Tours.
5. Changes to Bookings
Changes to tour dates, pickup locations or group numbers may be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
Changes may result in pricing adjustments depending on vehicle requirements, availability and third-party supplier policies.
6. Minimum Drinking Age
Guests participating in wine tasting must be 18 years of age or older in accordance with Australian liquor licensing laws.
Valid identification may be required at cellar doors.
Guests under 18 may accompany a tour but cannot participate in alcohol tastings.
7. Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Vineyard Escape Tours promotes responsible consumption of alcohol.
Guests who appear intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe may be refused further service or removed from the tour.
Cellar doors reserve the right to refuse service to any guest under responsible service of alcohol laws.
No refunds will be issued if service is refused due to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.
8. Guest Behaviour
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward:
• fellow guests
• winery staff
• tour hosts
• venues visited during the tour
Vineyard Escape Tours reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
Removal from a tour due to behaviour will not entitle the guest to a refund.
9. Damage to Vehicles
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles or property due to negligence or inappropriate behaviour.
Cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required due to spills, illness, or other incidents.
10. Pickup Times and Locations
Guests must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in shortened experiences or missed stops.
If a guest or group is not present at the scheduled pickup time, Vineyard Escape Tours may proceed without them.
No refund will be provided for missed pickups due to late arrival.
11. Dietary Requirements
Where tours include food experiences, dietary requirements should be advised in advance of the tour date.
While we will attempt to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that all venues will be able to cater to specific dietary requirements.
Guests with severe allergies should advise us when booking.
12. Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries may change due to:
• winery availability
• venue closures
• weather conditions
• operational requirements
• supplier changes
Where changes occur, Vineyard Escape Tours will substitute with venues of equal quality wherever possible.
13. Weather
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
14. Liability
Participation in tours and activities is undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
Vineyard Escape Tours will not be liable for:
• personal injury
• loss or damage to personal belongings
• delays caused by traffic, weather, or external events
• actions of third-party suppliers such as wineries or restaurants
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Force Majeure
Vineyard Escape Tours will not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
• bushfires
• floods
• severe weather
• government restrictions
• road closures
• natural disasters
• public health events
In such cases, tours may be rescheduled or credit offered where possible.
16. Third-Party Suppliers
Wine tastings, food experiences, and venues are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Vineyard Escape Tours is not responsible for the actions, service standards, or policies of these venues.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for:
• managing bookings
• communicating with guests
• providing services
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required to deliver the booked experience.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from services provided by Vineyard Escape Tours will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
