After a relaxed tasting, it’s time for lunch at The Restaurant at Margan, where locally sourced ingredients and thoughtful wine pairings take center stage. This is NOT your ordinary wine tasting. We will visit four of what are considered to be among the top Ten wine producers in the Hunter Valley with many centuries of experience between them. This is surely a day of memories to savour. Some vineyards remain in the hands of the founding families, now fourth and fifth generations.

You will start the day at either Tyrells cellar door or Keith Tullochs. A leisurely lunch at one of the exceptional eating places, followed by Brokenwood and then the magnificent Mount Pleasant vineyard. You will not regret anything about this day…except it eventually has to end.
