Usher Tinkler Wines will be your first stop, where a beautifully restored church will greet you with its unique charm. Get ready to experience wines that blend tradition with innovation in a striking setting. 

  

– **Wine Tasting:** Discover the bold Shiraz, crisp Semillon, and other signature wines of Usher Tinkler. Every sip tells a story of the Hunter Valley, with rich flavours and bright Australian sunshine in each glass. 

   

– **Salumi Board Experience:** Paired perfectly with your wines, the decadent salumi board of artisanal meats and cheeses will set the tone for an indulgent day. 

  

– **Pro Tip:** Don’t leave without trying their Muscat—sweet and silky, a perfect end to this tasting.

#### **1:30 PM – Wine & Relax at Briar Ridge Vineyard (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM)**   

Your next stop is the stunning Briar Ridge Vineyard in Mount View. Here, sweeping views and award-winning wines await. 

  

– **Wine Tasting:** Enjoy a tailored tasting of their vibrant Semillon, elegant Chardonnay, and smooth Shiraz. These cool-climate wines offer a refined taste of the Hunter Valley’s unique terroir.

#### **2:45 PM – Boutique Experience at Savannah Estate (2:45 PM – 3:30 PM)**   

Your next stop is the boutique-style Savannah Estate, a family-run winery known for producing unique varietals in small batches. This stop offers a more personal touch, allowing you to explore a different side of Hunter Valley winemaking. 

  

– **Wine Tasting:** Try their tropical Gewürztraminer and lively Verdelho—perfect for those looking to explore less common but equally delightful wines. The staff’s passion and personal stories bring these wines to life. 

   

– **Kangaroo Safari:** As you make your way to Savannah Estate, be on the lookout for kangaroos. These encounters are truly a special treat for visitors!

#### **3:45 PM – Grand Finale at Saddler’s Creek Wines (3:45 PM – 5:00 PM)**   

For your final stop, you’ll visit Saddler’s Creek Wines, where the grand finale to your wine tour unfolds. Known for its full-bodied reds, this winery offers the perfect place to end your day on a high note. 

  

– **Wine Tasting:** Savor the richness of their award-winning Bluegrass Cabernet Sauvignon while taking in the golden hues of the setting sun. These bold wines are the perfect farewell to a day of discovery.

#### **5:00 PM – Conclusion of the Tour** 

After your final tasting at Saddler’s Creek, your driver will be ready to take you back to your accomodations. You’ll arrive back by around  6PM
